A bit about me...
Hello!
I'm Judy Sullivan, CEO and Founder of
Need to Know Consulting (NTK, if you will)
Why does NTK exist?
For over 20 years, I've seen first-hand how poor written communication holds businesses back. How it creates confusion, wastes time, damages relationships, and stifles growth.
Now, with my extensive strategy, management, and marketing experience, I want to help people and businesses with my blend of strategic thinking, operational know-how, and communication expertise to fix all that!

I've worked across all the sectors - from start-ups to international corporates. I’ve led on everything from executive messaging and internal comms strategies to marketing campaigns and organisation-wide initiatives. I’m someone who cares about doing things right, who spots what’s missing, and helps people 'say' what they really mean, without sounding like another AI ChatBot!​​​​​
Outside of work, you’ll probably find me at the Vitality, cheering on AFC Bournemouth. I'm a proud supporter of our local team and actively involved in the Her Game Too campaign, as well as our club’s Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Working Group - helping make football a more inclusive space for everyone.

I’m raising two brilliant kids (and a very excitable Border Terrier), and we love getting out for long walks on Bournemouth's beautiful beaches. I’m a huge fan of good food and great wine, so I feel really lucky to live in an area that offers both - from incredible local independents (shout out to the Cork & Lobster!) to the fabulous Escoffier at Bournemouth & Poole College, where future stars of the catering and hospitality world train. It’s a true hidden gem and just one of the many things that make me incredibly proud to be part of this community.
